Shipping policy

Last updated: October 20, 2026

TurtleFluent Merch is operated by Kon Ventures LLC. All items are made to order and ship directly from the production facilities of our fulfillment partner, Printful, in the United States and other countries. We don't hold inventory.

Production time

Each item is made after you order it. Production usually takes 2–5 business days, and can be longer during busy periods such as the holidays.

Shipping time (after production)

United States, Standard: about 3–4 business days.
United States, Express (where offered at checkout): about 1–3 business days.
International, Standard: about 5–20 business days, depending on destination.

Estimated delivery time = production time + shipping time. All times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen because of carrier issues, customs, failed delivery attempts, high order volume or items being out of stock.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Multiple packages

Orders may arrive in more than one package. Some items, such as hats, mugs, stickers, posters and stuffed pillows, always ship separately, and items made in different facilities ship separately.

Where we ship

We ship to most countries, but some products can only ship to certain destinations. For example, our shaped Bubbles pillow ships within the United States only. Available destinations are shown at checkout. Printful can't ship to some countries and regions because of legal or carrier restrictions.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped across borders may be charged customs duties, import taxes or handling fees on delivery. These are the recipient's responsibility.

Tracking

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address. We aren't responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout. See our Refund policy for details on returned and lost packages.
